Please remember that the results of a data search by the Alberta Natural Heritage Information Centre are not intended as a final statement on the presence, absence, or condition of elements within a given area, or as a substitute for on-site surveys, which may be required for environmental assessments.
In addition, we are asking for your help in keeping our databases as accurate and up-to-date as possible. If you should relocate or fail to relocate a population described in one of our reports, or if you discover any new species occurrences, please let us know. Feel free to notify us of any inaccuracies or discrepancies you may notice in our data, and give us your suggestions on how our services could be more useful to you.
